Accordingly, through inspection at 254 / 17K, Duong Dinh Hoi Street, District 9, Market Management Team No. 9 (Ho Chi Minh City Market Management Department) and District 9 Police have discovered many People are producing masks. According to initial statistics, the authorities have identified more than 23,000 masks and semi-finished products, are packed in boxes to prepare to market; thousands of boxes, cardboard boxes, over 100 kg of nonwoven materials, stickers, machines for manufacturing ...

According to the authorities, all of the above goods show signs of violating the packaging and labeling, not at the same production address as on the packaging. Notably, these masks do not have the antibacterial fabric as registered but are still written on the packaging as 4-layer masks. Through knowledge, this place has only produced masks for about a week now.

Currently, all of the above goods have been sealed for investigation and handling according to regulations.

From these abnormal signs, the working group made records for tens of thousands of products including masks, goggles, antibacterial protective clothing gathered in the warehouse. Economic, Public Security Ha Dong District (Hanoi) in collaboration with Market Management Team No. 26, Hanoi Market Management Department inspected the warehouse at Hung Thinh Phat Service Trading Development Co., Ltd. (urban area Thi Van Phu Street, Phu La Ward, Ha Dong District) has discovered tens of thousands of products of medical supplies for processing without quality assurance.

At the time of inspection, the representative of the company presented the business registration, outsourcing contract, invoice of non-woven fabric materials but there was no announcement of product quality. The owner of the consignment reports, imports raw materials, hires outsourcing and purchases medical supplies and products for profit.

The case is being verified and clarified by the authorities to resolve it in accordance with the law.
